COVID-19 and Thailand Business Law
Speaker: Michael Doyle, Partner at Seri Manop & Doyle
Mike Doyle is a U.S. attorney and a senior partner who has practiced in Thailand since 1996. He is the author of the books Doyle’s Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law 5th Edition and the co-author of Doyle’s Practical Guide to Business Law in Asia 2nd Edition.
Mike has represented hundreds of foreign investors in Thailand in establishing subsidiaries, negotiating joint ventures, providing representatives in disputes, and providing advice concerning tax and finance.
Mike has published over 70 articles in English language publications such as the Bangkok Post, the Nation, many other magazines and trade journals including Thai language publications such as Krungthep Turakit. He has also served as a guest lecturer at Thammasat University in Bangkok.
