Mr. Jotkasthira is a Thai national born in 1948. He was educated at Oundle School and read Civil Engineering at the University of Manchester, U.K. He has an extensive engineering background in the infrastructure and energy sectors. During his career, he worked closely with many of the world’s leading international engineering and construction companies. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Foundation for the Deaf in Thailand, under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen.
