Rtn. Bijen is from Nepal and has spent his career dedicated to the country and Thailand. Rtn. Bijen is the CEO and owner of Bizinter Co., Ltd., a trading company based in Thailand exporting fast-moving consumer goods to Nepal and other regions. He was Regional Representative and Sourcing Agent of Salt Trading Corporation of Nepal with the Government of Nepal undertaking trading of consumer goods and consumables. He was the Managing Director of Media Imprinta Ltd. with travel publications from Nepal such as Nepal Traveller and Nepal Travel Trade Reporter. Also, he was responsible for Nepal Correspondence for Far-East Trade Press Hong Kong for Travel News Asia.

Rtn. Bijen had roles at other companies including CEO of Eastwin Asia Co., Ltd., Promoter and Executive Director of M-Chef Food Industries and General Manager of Mark-Asia Pvt Ltd Singapore.

He has previously served as a think-tank member concerning matters related to his home country. He founded the Thai Nepal Society for Nepalese living overseas to gather under one roof for a common purpose. He was on the advisory board of Kathmandu Municipality to assist with constituting Kathmandu into Metropolis Municipality. He was a board member and chief of public relations and publications at the Nepal India Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He is a board member of the Nepal Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He was director of public relations at RC Bangkok. Also, he was appointed as Honorary Tourism Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand by the Nepal Tourism Board (Ministry of Tourism and Culture Nepal) for initiating development under the Janakpur Development Trust.
