Sleep, like nutrition and physical activity, is crucial for good health and well-being. Not getting sufficient sleep can drastically disrupt a person’s life, affecting their health both physically and mentally. Dr. Nilarat has more than 30 years of experience. She brings unique insight and expertise to support her position as a Physician in VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center and at Rakxa – Thailand’s 1st Fully Medical Retreat. Dr. Nilarat completed her medical school in Lady Harding Medical College in New Delhi, India and completed Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Medicine in University Of Otago in New Zealand.
